The girl at front desk really nice, helpfull. The room was truly confortable and the location was excellent. Best quality/price ever!

The convenience due to its central location. The staff were excellent, very warm & friendly and hugely helpful when it came to ensuring we used our time to best effect. They provided a manp, identified the principal tourist attractions, assisted with reserving tickets to teh galleries & advised on best places to shop & eat.

Late check in is by appointment. There was no problem arranging this but unfortunately due to unfortunate circumstances beyond their control, there was a delay in the appointed person meeting us. This could be very easily dealt with by suggesting visitors go to a particular bar/cafe nearby & staff taking a mobile number. This is not a complain, merely a suggestion to avoid the frustration of standing outside in the cold.The staff more than compensated for the inconvenience & it did not imapct on the overall very favourable impression I formed.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Located in the city centre. We were very happy to stayin this hotel. Everything was perfect. Thank you castelli.

We simply can't recommend the enough! It's just perfect! The location is unbeatable! 5 steps from Ponte Vecchio! The owners are extremely nice and helpful! When we were getting our tickets for the bus, they saw us on the street and they, not only pointed where to go, but gave us some of their own tickets! Just so you see what kind of persons they are! So nice and ready to help!! They told us where to go, where to eat, where to shop! All of our questions answered! And the place is so ideal!! Very very clean!!! No 1 priority! And then, coffe pot, mini fridge, satellite TV... Wow!! We just can't say how wonderful it was! We highly recommend it an definitely would stay again there when we come back to Florence.

The room is a little small, but with the centrality of the location you are probably only going to be sleeping there anyway.

A/C was not installed yet. Manager gave 20Euro discount. Noisy in the morning.
